Processing & Delivery Times

  • Cowhide Rugs: Ship within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Cowhide Bags: Custom-made and take 1 to 7 business days to create. Once shipped, delivery takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
    Please note: Each cowhide is unique. The bag you receive will closely resemble the photo, but not be identical.
  • Other Items: Most products ship within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Most of our items include duties, customs, and related fees. However, some countries in Europe specifically may apply additional charges, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

All returned items must be in original condition, and if possible, in the original packaging.

Once you’ve notified us, please return the item within 2 to 5 business days, and share the tracking number with us.
