Processing & Delivery Times
- Cowhide Rugs: Ship within 2 to 4 business days.

Cowhide Bags: These are custom-made and require 1 to 7 business days for production. Delivery typically takes 1 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Please note: Each cowhide piece is naturally unique. The item you receive will be very similar in style and tone but will not be identical to the photos. - Other Products: Most items are prepared and shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
- Duties & Taxes: Most orders include duties and import fees. However, certain regions and some products may apply additional charges that are outside our control.

- Custom Cowhide Bags: As these are made to order, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery for any concerns.

Returned items must be in original condition and, where possible, in original packaging.
Once a return is approved, items should be shipped back within 2 to 5 business days, and tracking details must be shared with us.
