These are custom made purses, and therefore not returnable. Look at the purse/product you want and email Hani at Boho. Tell her what you specifically want..the color lining, the color of cowhide, if you want hide on both sides or leather on one side, the type of hardware, etc. Send pictures of exactly what you want. She will send you a picture of what you are asking for , from her product line, to verify you two are on the same page. Hani is very interested in delivering excellent customer service. She will take the time to make sure you are happy with the product before sending. Now, I have a beautiful cross body purse with the chrome studs, tri-color cowhide and black lining. I am very excited about using this purse. I am ordering a purse insert organizer (Amazon) to give it shape and to access all typical purse items, more easily. Great Customer service, Hani!!
